Fund Raising event - Casino Night 2008
Mireya was part of the Decorating committee that turned the Coral gables Women's Club historic building into a Western Saloon.Here she is with Hubby Stephen and cousin Charo Bolanos President of the CGWC. The event raised over $20,000 for the May Van Sickle Dental Clinic for children. This is a clinic that provides free dental services to children that otherwise will not have access to dentist. Their smiles are all worth it!

Mireya elected 2007-2008 Domestic Vilence Committee Chairperson for Coral Gables Women's Club
Irvin Morales (Councelor Victims Response Inc). Mireya and attorney presently in the ballott for Circuit Judge Lisa Lesperance loading donations for DV victims after a seminar in which Irvin addressed over 50 women . This event was coordinated by Mireya in order to bring awareness to the community - 1 out of 3 women have or will have experience domestic violence in her lifetime. This event was featured in the Miami Herald August 12 2007 in the Neighbors section.
